About the Chef

Chef Charles has been a Personal and Private Chef for over nine years. Chef has prepared meals for the week for six different families though out the Mid- Atlantic region. Chef has done private dinner parties from two up to one-hundred guests. Chef Charles has brought cuisines from Maryland Crab Cake to New Orleans Jambalaya to ethnic cuisines like Mexican casserole and sushi. 
Chef Charles grew up and was raised in New Orleans and has worked in different restaurants such as Arnaund’s in the French Quarter. Throughout his career since graduating culinary school in Brookline Mass in 1995. He has worked in country clubs, colleges, caterers and restaurants. Chef has won an American Culinary Federation bronze medal for stuffed Cornish game hen with plum stuffing and black raspberry coulis.
