Welcome to How it works
Weekly dinner
Call to set up a meeting, when we settle on a time to meet at your home. You will then fill out an assessment form to let me know what your dislikes are what can have and cannot. Then we’ll go over your menu. After that we’ll go over pricing. There are some requests that would need to be done. Make sure there is enough freezer space, all counters and sink cleared off kitchen before I arrive. Then if you have containers you must show them to me. Please write a check because everything must be up front. After each session you can write a check or mail with the next session’s menu. No later than 5 days ahead of your next cook date
(Note; any bad weather your cook date will be reschedule no matter what!!!) 

Private events
Select one soup or salad or combo –one choice appetizer – one choice of entrée with two sides and one choice of dessert (Can be different items for different guests)


Either over the phone or email we can discuss your event and menu. There is a $25 nonrefundable booking fee if booked a month in advance or longer. You pay up front due to grocery fees. Please let chef know any allergies or dietary restrictions. There is an address to send check or cash, but I prefer check.
Home Address is on (chef for hire page) If a week before or days before your event you must pay the balance and /or up front. 
Cook date
Chef will send you confirmation five days before your cook date or event with directions. You must respond back no later than three days before or Chef will call to make sure.

Private dinner (for potential  private client only)

We will prepare menu for your needs upon request from preparing a dinner for two and up. Pricing is on trust, the first meal you must be pay up front, then after that is upon trust. When schedule a meal you must schedule 48 hours in advance. We must work and communicate with each other every day! After the second session Chef will prepare a menu just for your style.

Pricing is based on groceries and chef fees. My policy is to meet over the phone first then via email. I would like to know to whom I am speaking with to make sure their is no scammers!!
